I am Dong-hwa Lee, chairman for the first half of the 9th Seodaemun District Council.

Thank you for visiting the Seodaemun District Council website.

In this COVID-19 pandemic which has been going on for so long, I see financial struggles in every corner of our community.

To overcome this crisis, I will do my utmost to build a council that reaches out to people and a council that really communicates with people in the field.
