Petition proceedings
A petition is a system for submission of wish or request for correction by document with introduction of the council member
Submission
- Introduction of more than 1 council member and write down detailed contents of reason of the petition.

- Illegal or defames of government contents can not be accepted
The concerned committee deliberation
- The related council member should explain if it is necessary
- If is decided that it is not necessary for general meeting, its result should be reported to the chairman, and the chairman should inform to petitioner

In case of work for the head, it should be transfer to the head with attached opinion

It is the system of request or suggestion to the council of district officer about tight or interest of inhabitants.

- Matters of violation for judgement
- Matters of defamed the president of Korea
- Matters of defamed the chairman or council members
- Matters of not correct address, name and ontents of petition

- If it is unnecessary for the general meeting, the result should be reported to the chairman, and the chairman should inform the result to the petitioner.
