- Standing committee
- There are 3 standing committees in the council depend on concerned works for each department. The standing committees deliberates and resolve bills and petitions under their jurisdictions. when it is necessary for special agenda or items, the special committee can be established by the vote from the general meeting and attend to civil affairs.
